One-on-one sessions are my favorite way to heal and care for others. In these sessions you can customize your experience by mixing any type of the below healing modalities and believe me, no matter what you choose, it will be the perfect timing and exactly what you need.

Once you sign up for a session you will receive an email with a quick questionnaire to fill out. This will give you the option of how you would like to customize our time together. In our session, I can include a mix of any of the following, sound healing, guided meditation, Reiki healing, and tarot. The questionnaire will help to guide you in what offerings will be best for what is currently present for you.
